This digital age is full of wonder. Each day we see some new miracle of technology that inspires awe. Breakthroughs in biotech, medicine, and communications have changed (or even extended) how we live.
But there’s a downside to the electronic flood we’re wading in. We’ve become addicted to the technology. The input, the dopamine release, the anticipation of the next “buzz.”
