Episode 281: Play Away Your Stress

1 Simple Thing Action:
Think back on your play history. What were the activities that you repeatedly and voluntarily turned to when you were growing up that you did for fun? Then text a friend and do it today.

Episode 282: Give Yourself Permission to Rest

1 Simple Thing Action:
Take a 30-minute walk. Don’t bring your phone, just get outside and get some sunlight. That alone is enough to get the circulation going and get the blood flowing. You’ll return to work with an energy you did not have before.

Episode 283: Get Rid of Your Anchors

1 Simple Thing Action:
Write down everything you worry about on a daily or weekly basis. Then put a star next to the 1 or 2 heaviest anchors. Brainstorm how you can eliminate those anchors, and then take action on them.

Episode 284: How To Play Away Your Worries

1 Simple Thing Action:
Take 20 minutes off every day just to play. Take a 20 minute nap after lunch. Have meals with people that you love.
