1 Simple Thing Action:
Clear your energy before you go to bed. Maybe an hour or so before bedtime take a warm shower or bath to clear that energy you’ve accumulated throughout the day from friends, patients, co-workers, employees, etc. Also try not to check your iPhone, or email, or other electronic devices so they don’t stir up your mind before sleep.
