Perform the “Cooling Breath” technique and reframe the story you are telling yourself about a stressful situation. Always be impeccable for your 50%… the things you CAN control.

A reverse breath. Open your mouth ever so slightly and breathe in through your mouth as if you are sipping through a straw. And then breathe out through your nose a normal slow deep breath. Keep doing that a couple of times. To know if you are doing it correctly you should literally feel a cooling and drying sensation over your mouth. What the cooling breath technique does is detoxify your liver which is very healthy for you because that’s where those negative and frustrating emotions build up.
