1 Simple Thing Action:
Before getting out of bed in the morning, give yourself ONE primary objective for the day, and it’s even more effective if you write it down. This is a “be” goal. For example: I want to focus on being happy today. I want to focus on giving compliments. I want to focus on reaching out to people I haven’t spoken to. I want to be of service. I want to be dancing. I want to be singing. Just one each day.
