Create a gratitude list daily using the app, “A Plan for Living.”

Episode 522: The Peace of Spirituality

1 Simple Thing Action:
Ask the God (or “the universe”) for help and learn to let go. Place it on your Spirituality List in the “A Plan for Living” app, or even just a piece of paper. To get started, just start coming up with people that you hope or wish for better things to occur in their lives.

Episode 523: The Importance of Mindfulness

1 Simple Thing Action:
Take a deep breath in through your nose, imagine yourself breathing in the universe and all of the positivity. Then exhale all of the negativity and excesses you have. Imagine it all releasing out of yourself and letting it go.

Episode 524: Thriving With Mental Illness

1 Simple Thing Action:
Treat your diagnosis as a series of symptoms you manage and don’t let it define who you are!
