That creates increased accuracy and causes you to be more engaging because it gives your brain the ability to clean out all of those things you’ve been working on and stressing with all day. It’s scientifically proven that, if you can incorporate a few minutes of exercise, it will significantly improve your happiness and ability to do your job.

1 Simple Thing Action

Moving more and sitting less is important because your brain works better after exercise, even a short walk. Today make a commitment to take a 10-minute break from work and walk outside, even if it’s just around the building. Clear your mind so you can focus in that important meeting.
