First, you are always looking at the value that you are adding for your clients, being amazing at what you do. Second, you can be the best at anything, but if you don’t have any clients to add value to, then you have no opportunity to add that value to the world.

Isolate one area to invest, not spend, to increase sales in your business. Hold that investment accountable for a return. (ex. maybe a mail campaign, adding a social media manager, FB ads, adding an inside sales person.)
