Isolate one area to invest, not spend, to increase sales in your business. Hold that investment accountable for a return. (ex. maybe a mail campaign, adding a social media manager, FB ads, adding an inside sales person.)

Episode 562: A Powerful Morning Routine

1 Simple Thing Action:
Practice the SAVERS in the Miracle Morning routine even it’s only for six minutes (one minute for each step.) Establish the habit.

Episode 563: Managing Your Time and Money

1 Simple Thing Action:
Create a time-blocked calendar of your ideal week. Study the calendar and ask this one question: How much time have I dedicated to the paramount task of growing my business? Adjust the schedule as needed.

Episode 564: Sales Is An Energy Sport

1 Simple Thing Action:
Choose one of the six areas Ryan mentions in this episode and focus on it for the next 30 days to build some positive habits and increase your energy. Journal about two things daily: the activity your are focused on and your energy level throughout the day. Celebrate the benefits to solidify the habit.
