1 Simple Thing Action:
Have a certain “go dark” time an hour or two before going to bed where you turn off all screens. The blue light from screens impacts our body’s production of melatonin, causing us not to get proper sleep. Also, monitor your energy level to see when your low points and high points are during the day. Then align your tasks to take advantage of your high energy points throughout the day.
