1 Simple Thing Action:
Create a written affirmation that reinforces what you must believe to achieve what you want. Do not write it on a Post-it-Note. Instead, print two copies of your affirmations on your computer. Place one in the space where you do your morning ritual and the other on your nightstand. Read them twice a day: in the morning when you wake up and in the evening before going to bed.
