It is also in charge of our level of inflammation. And inflammation has been tied to most -if not all- the disease we experience. Get out, go for a walk, and take some deep breaths. Also, after taking a shower, take your towel and rub your skin vigorously as you are drying yourself. You’ll feel energized, awake, and feeling great.
