1 Simple Thing Action:
Make a list of the external and internal factors of success you can think of: money, achievement, respect, freedom, etc. Rank them based on your current allocation of time and resources. Ask if you are living a life that is consistent with that allocation. If not, what is one thing you can do today to start moving in the right direction?

Episode 297: What is happiness?

1 Simple Thing Action:
Put yourself in a position where you can feel happiness. Then make a commitment not to chase after it too hard, but just recognize when it happens. Allow yourself to be happy in whatever situation you find yourself.

Episode 298: Are you at peace with your family?

1 Simple Thing Action:
Reach out and express gratitude for something a member of your family gave you. Or express forgiveness for something you perceived to be a wrong.

Episode 299: Job, Career, or Calling?

1 Simple Thing Action:
Take a small, specific step today toward integrating the three elements of Meaningful Work: what people will pay you to do, what you are talented at doing, and what excites you emotionally.
