If you were to track your time, you would find a lot of leftover hours, and that you are not doing as much work, childcare, and house care as you think. We need to change our mindset and understand that the time is there, somewhere hiding out, and we need to figure out how to find it. Open your calendar and look for any tasks or obligations you can bundle together to more free space. Tip: gather the small, empty moments into your calendar into larger chunks, then use those chunks of time to pursue big goals. Drop low-priority tasks to make space for the more important ones.
