1 Simple Thing Action
Create a mantra that will spur you to work harder when you are unmotivated and feel like slacking, such as, “Work harder” or “Always do your best” or “I’m the kind of person that does things.” But remember, It’s not meant to get you to push through exhaustion or when you really need to take a break.
