Think of your objective (not the problem) and ask “Why” three times. As you keep asking “why” you continually dig deeper into what you really want. Relax and look for levers. What’s working in your life? What trends are happening in your business or your industry, and how can you hook onto them? What existing resources do you have?

Episode 233: The MOST Powerful Source of Levers

1 Simple Thing Action:
Seek multiple advisers. Find peer-to-peer groups both inside and outside your industry. Create a mastermind group. Reach out to the older and wiser mentors, those who have been there and done that.

Episode 234: Your Ideas Need a HERO
