And as those storms come into our life, it feels like our whole landscape has been destroyed. Many times we try and run from those emotions rather than face our emotional storm so we can move forward. 3. Decide the outcome you want once this storm has passed. How will you feel once that happens, and what are the resources that will help you get there?
