If we just find 15 minutes a day to get organized and plan, usually at the beginning or at the end of the day, we’re going to work smarter and faster because we have been intentional about how we spend our time.

1 Simple Thing Action

Identify one routine that you could change to shave 15 minutes off of and you’ll gain an extra 65 hours a year. At the end of the day take 15 minutes reflect on two things you did well and executed well. Then think about something you want to improve. If you do this 15-minute evaluation each day, you’ll be on your way from average to excellence.
