On Today’s Show
Professional organizer Marcia Ramsland talks about how the difference between average and excellence in our lives and careers is 15 Minutes at the beginning and end of our day. There is great power in how we start our day and end our day. If we just find 15 minutes a day to get organized and plan, usually at the beginning or at the end of the day, we’re going to work smarter and faster because we have been intentional about how we spend our time.Subscribe in iTunes | Subscribe in Stitcher
1 Simple Thing Action
Identify one routine that you could change to shave 15 minutes off of and you’ll gain an extra 65 hours a year. At the end of the day take 15 minutes reflect on two things you did well and executed well. Then think about something you want to improve. If you do this 15-minute evaluation each day, you’ll be on your way from average to excellence.
