On Today’s Show

Aaron Anastasi gives us advice on how to move through those times when we feel like we’re stuck. The hardest part and highest level of resistance is just before we start. Right before we start we’re in a mode of uncertainty that indicates there’s a lack of clarity in our vision. The more specific we become in our vision, and the more we attach it to our “why” the more we’re motivated. Once we’re clear, the steps of what to do just lay themselves out, and we begin naturally looking for opportunities to achieve our goals and dreams.

1 Simple Thing Action

Get crystal clear on your vision. Spend 10-30 minutes and answer these few fundamental questions:

  1. What would I pursue if I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that it would come to pass?
  2. What would I pursue even if it weren’t to be successful, just because I love it so much?
  3. When am I in the zone?
  4. When does time just seem to pass?

Write your answers down and allow yourself to discover what really matters to you. And once you lock onto something, do the smallest thing in that very moment to create some momentum and some excitement.
