Take on the idea of having a team of mentors, because you don’t have to model one person for every aspect of your life. Instead think of a group of people across various skills and disciplines and say, “What do I admire about each of these people, and what can I learn from them?”

Conduct the “three questions” exercise with a group of people. Choose people who have a decent sense of who you are and ask them the question: “If you only had 3 words to be able to describe me what would they be?” Write it down and see what you can learn from the responses.
